Annette Watts is the Customer Service Manager at Spann Roofing, where she works closely with the repair division as well as the commercial and residential departments to ensure customers receive the best experience possible. She joined Spann in 2017 after hearing about an open position from her son’s baseball coach, bringing with her 28 years of experience in municipal government in New Jersey. Annette enjoys being part of a team that comes together to get the job done, and she takes pride in working for a company that values teamwork and puts customers first.

Originally from New Jersey, Annette now enjoys the slower pace of South Carolina life while keeping her strong sense of family and community at the center of everything she does. She loves spending quality time with her family, friends, and her two dogs, Tinkerbell and Pedro. In her free time, you’ll often find her cooking old family recipes or enjoying live music.
