Hi, I’m Bailey Young. I lead business development and marketing at Spann Roofing, where I get to wear a few hats—overseeing sales strategy, managing community engagement, building team processes, and helping turn big ideas into clear, actionable plans.

Originally from Aynor, I have a deep appreciation for our local community and the people who make it feel like home. A big part of my role is making sure our teams have the structure, tools, and support they need to grow—whether that’s refining training programs, organizing events, strengthening customer relationships, or launching new campaigns.

I’m passionate about creating systems that work and building connections that last. What drives me most is helping our company, and our people move forward with intention, clarity, and heart.
