Carson Pence grew up in the Florida Keys before making Myrtle Beach her home. Prior to entering the roofing industry, she built a career in hospitality—starting as a server and eventually moving into hotel management. Carson joined Spann Roofing in August 2019 as a Customer Service Representative and now serves as the Service Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. With a strong focus on organization and communication, she works closely with our teams to keep projects on track and customers satisfied. She takes pride in helping things flow behind the scenes so our crews can focus on delivering quality work.

In her personal time, Carson enjoys gardening, reading in her hammock, relaxing at the beach, attending concerts, and spending time with her son and golden retriever.
