Chris Tripp is a Service Estimator and Surveyor at Spann Roofing, where he reviews schedules, performs inspections, and provides tailored solutions for customers. With five years at Spann and a family background in roofing—his father was also in the trade—Chris has grown up around the industry and values the opportunity to carry that tradition forward. What he enjoys most is that each day brings something new to learn, and he finds it rewarding to watch projects come full circle from inspection to completion.

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Chris has learned that strong communication is key to delivering the best results, both for the team and for customers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and cheering on the Raiders. Motivated by the drive to give customers the best possible service, Chris is committed to making sure every detail of a project fits together seamlessly.
