Damien Anderson is an Account Manager at Spann Roofing. His days are filled with site visits, coordinating with crews, managers, and superintendents, performing walkthroughs, preparing and delivering materials, and documenting roofing progress to keep projects aligned with schedules. Though he’s been with Spann for less than a year, Damien was eager to step into a management role after graduating college, determined to learn the ins and outs of the commercial roofing industry. He enjoys working closely with all departments to bring projects to completion, but values most the teamwork and camaraderie with his crews.

Originally from Fairfax County, Virginia, just outside of Washington D.C., Damien credits his upbringing and education with shaping his resourceful, community-minded approach to work. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling on weekends, working out, reading, listening to music, and staying connected with loved ones back in Virginia. Passionate about technology and marketing, he also explores these interests in his free time. Motivated by the belief that helping others is the foundation of success, Damien brings a team-first mindset to every project, striving to be a resource and contributor to Spann Roofing’s ongoing success.
