Hi, I am David Griffin Senior Commercial Account Manager at Spann Roofing. My primary role is to lead our Commercial Account Management team as we educate and provide valuable services to our commercial roofing clients. role is to help educate customers and service them to help resolve roofing issues that develop. I accomplish this by ensuring the Spann Roofing core values are represented during each customer experience by our me as well as our trusted team members. 

I was born in Forsyth County, North Carolina and grew up in Kernersville. After graduating high school, I began my roofing career working for AAR Roofing and Sheet Metal Company in Kernersville, NC.  During my almost 10 years of service to AAR, I managed several branch locations for them and eventually moved to Myrtle Beach, SC. In 2002, I founded Coastal Commercial Roofing Co., Inc., in Conway, SC and operated as the President until 2022. I joined the Spann Roofing team in 2023. During my years of service to the roofing industry I have served as a director as well on the executive board for the Carolina Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association. I also served as the CRSMCA contractor board president for 2017. In 2021, I was presented with the Gordon M. Waters Distinguished Service Award, which is the highest honor given to CRSMCA members for their dedication and service to CRSMCA and the roofing industry.  

When I am not working, I follow all things related to the Denver Broncos NFL team, play golf, and fish. I enjoy doing these activities with family and friends.
