At Spann Roofing, I serve as the Key Customer Manager, where my role bridges both construction and long-term maintenance needs. I partner with general contractors, facility directors, and property managers to ensure their roofing systems are built to last and maintained with care. 

My background spans more than just roofing - I started as a licensed General Contractor and later worked as a Project Manager for our local school district. Over the years, I’ve overseen the construction, renovation, and maintenance of a wide range of facilities, including schools, government buildings, industrial sites, and manufacturing plants. That diverse experience gives me a unique perspective on what owners and managers need from a roofing partner: clear communication, reliable timelines, and a commitment to doing things right the first time. 

Born and raised in Conway, I take a lot of pride in working with people in our community. My goal is simple: to provide roofing solutions that stand the test of time—because at Spann Roofing, we keep you dry with quality roofing that SPANNS a lifetime.
