Josh Roper is a Service Project Manager at Spann Roofing, where he ensures crews have the resources they need, reviews jobs and materials, and supervises job sites to keep projects running smoothly. For the past eight years, Josh has been a dedicated part of the Spann team, stepping into the roofing industry after working as a football coach at St. James High School. Recognized as a hard worker by Spann’s Vice President, he was offered the opportunity to join the company and has been learning and growing in the role ever since. He especially enjoys that there’s always something new to learn and values the patience the job has taught him.
A Murrells Inlet native, Josh is deeply connected to his community and is motivated by giving back through his work. He describes Spann as a team where everyone looks out for each other, a value that aligns closely with his own. Outside of work, he enjoys deep sea fishing and has a background in athletics, having played college football at Coastal Carolina University. Whether on the field, at sea, or on a job site, Josh brings teamwork, dedication, and a helping hand to every task.
