Hi, I'm Koy Mai, a Commercial Account Manager at Spann Roofing. I was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and I take a lot of pride in serving the community I’ve always called home. I’m a graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, where I learned the value of discipline, leadership, accountability, and attention to detail—principles I bring to my work every day.

At Spann Roofing, I focus on helping commercial clients find the right roofing solutions for their needs. Whether it’s roof replacements, repairs, or preventative maintenance, I’m committed to providing honest guidance, dependable service, and long-term value. Building strong relationships and being a trusted resource for my clients is what drives me.
