Rhett Jones is a Commercial Estimator at Spann Roofing, where he spends his days reviewing construction drawings, performing takeoffs, and preparing detailed cost estimates. With 14 years of experience at Spann, Rhett finds the most rewarding part of his role is seeing his work come full circle — pricing a job and then being awarded the project. He knows firsthand that completing a roof takes a total team effort, from sales and office administration to project managers and field crews, and he values the collaboration that makes every project successful.

Originally from Sanford, NC, Rhett enjoys spending his free time with his family, playing golf, going to the beach, and working out. He’s also been married for 30 years, which he considers one of his greatest accomplishments. Motivated by his family and the importance of teamwork, Rhett continues to bring dedication and expertise to every project he touches.
